ATS Pass provides AI-powered CV analysis to help job seekers optimise their applications for applicant tracking systems. By using our service you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian to use ATS Pass. By accessing the service you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Free and paid usage

Free users may perform up to 3 analyses per day using our standard AI model. Paid credits unlock advanced analysis features. Credits are non-transferable and linked to the email address used at purchase.

4. Payments and refunds

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are displayed in USD and include any applicable taxes. Because credits are delivered instantly and can be used immediately, we are unable to offer refunds once a purchase is complete.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the service.
  • Upload content that is malicious, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.
  • Circumvent rate limits or abuse the free tier.

6. Intellectual property

You retain full ownership of any CV or job description you upload. We do not claim any rights over your content. The ATS Pass brand, website, and underlying technology are our intellectual property.

7. Disclaimer

ATS Pass provides analysis and suggestions to improve your CV. We do not guarantee that using our service will result in a job offer or that your CV will pass any specific applicant tracking system. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ATS Pass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
