FAQ

Answers to the most common questions about ATS Pass.

What is an ATS?

An Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is software used by employers to filter and rank CVs before a human reviews them. Over 90% of large companies use one, so your CV needs to be optimised for both machines and people.

How does ATS Pass work?

You upload your CV and paste the job description you are targeting. Our AI analyses keyword alignment, formatting, structure, and semantic relevance, then gives you a score with actionable suggestions to improve your match.

What file formats are supported?

We accept PDF and DOCX files up to 5 MB.

What do I get for free?

Free users get 3 analyses per day. Each analysis includes an ATS compatibility score, category breakdown, matched keywords, strengths and weaknesses, and one rewrite suggestion.

What do credits unlock?

Credits give you access to our advanced AI model for higher accuracy, reveal missing keywords, unlock all rewrite suggestions, and provide section-by-section rewrites.

Do credits expire?

No. Credits are linked to your email address and never expire.

Is my CV stored?

No. Your CV and job description are processed in memory and discarded immediately after analysis. We do not store your documents on our servers.

Can I get a refund?

Because credits are delivered instantly and can be used immediately, we are unable to offer refunds. Please review what credits include before purchasing.
